Some of you wanted to see a tutorial for how the cards came together - so I've put together a video making a similar card using the same technique so you can see how it's done :)

I used a background stamp from Hero Arts + Basic Grey (linked at bottom) and I love it because it's a classic and simple diagonal stripe, but with a twist (having the stripes offset every half inch or so). The effect is bold and interesting. You can use any background stamp you have, but I think you get best and boldest results with one that has an equal amount of positive and negative space.
I'll never get sick of the amaaazingly smooth look of Liquid Platinum embossing powder!
I love all the different options you can create with inks - especially since Distress Inks blend so well together, so you can even experiment with blending two very different colors together. So much fun!! :)
